Senior Data Analyst (Remote)

Role Overview

Senior Data Analyst (Remote) at WCG (KMR Group INC). You will transform WCG data assets into actionable business insights for clients, and lead execution of annual and ad hoc analytics projects.

Responsibilities

• Design data frameworks for analyzing client and internal data
• Analyze data using standard and advanced methods, including novel statistical/advanced analytics approaches
• Define and interpret analysis for internal and external stakeholders
• Create and update data visualizations using Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio; recommend visualization approaches to management
• Develop and deliver client data analysis packages, including written analysis for client reports (industry summaries + client-specific insights)
• Create and execute validation/checking plans and assess data quality (errors/anomalies)
• Make independent decisions on query volume and nature sent to clients
• Identify opportunities to supplement WCG data with public sources and plan integration
• Collaborate with management to develop and implement analysis plans
• Guide and mentor Data Analysts to align with goals and best practices
• Manage project logs by tracking task status/progress for internal readiness

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, mathematics, or sciences
• 3–5 years of experience in data analysis
• 2 years of experience working with bio-pharma clinical or portfolio data
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and Office skills

Preferred

• Experience in the life sciences industry, either in a consulting role or within a biopharma company
