Senior Data Analyst - Remote

Role Overview

Senior Data Analyst responsible for expanding Consumer Experience Scoring into new areas (e.g., Spec Ben—Dental and Vision, Provider, UHOne). You’ll translate data-driven insights into clear, executive-ready presentations and identify opportunities for developing effective solutions.

Responsibilities

• Manage and manipulate mostly structured data to build business intelligence tools.
• Perform data normalization, data quality assurance, and analysis to identify patterns and trends.
• Partner with stakeholders to understand data requirements and develop tools/models such as:
  • Segmentation
  • Dashboards
  • Data visualizations
  • Decision aids
  • Business case analysis
• Conduct predominantly descriptive and regression-based analytics; interpret results and develop actionable insights.
• Produce and manage delivery of activity and value analytics to external stakeholders/clients (depending on business line).
• Package data and generate slide narratives that translate analysis into investment-relevant decisions.
• Serve as a go-to resource for data queries and mentor newer team members on data approaches.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in data analysis and data-driven investigations, including data storytelling, visualizations, and insight creation for executive consumption.
• Strong experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, D3.js).
• Ability to handle and analyze very large datasets (terabyte scale) to discover patterns.
• Expert-level SQL and strong data platform skills including Snowflake and Databricks.
• Advanced Excel skills (automated models and dashboards such as pivot tables, data models, advanced formulas).
