Senior Data Analyst - Remote

Role Overview

Senior Data Analyst (Remote) focused on driving high-impact insights that shape product strategy and optimize conversion across the end-to-end customer journey. You will analyze cross-platform data, identify friction and drop-offs, quantify impact, and influence strategic decisions across a cross-functional Product Strategy team.

Responsibilities

• Analyze the end-to-end customer journey to identify:
  • key conversion drivers
  • drop-offs
  • friction points across web, mobile, and internal systems
• Perform deep-dive analytics on:
  • funnel performance
  • cohorts
  • customer segments
• Partner with product teams to evaluate experiments and feature performance; ensure sound interpretation of test results
• Translate complex cross-platform data into clear, actionable recommendations to improve conversion and customer experience
• Define and refine KPIs for funnel performance and product impact
• Connect insights across systems for a holistic view of customer behavior and business outcomes
• Work with large datasets and:
  • write and optimize complex SQL queries
  • combine/validate data across multiple sources despite inconsistencies and gaps
• Collaborate with product, design, engineering, marketing, and operations teams; communicate insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Help establish shared definitions and measurement frameworks for conversion and performance

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics)
• 5+ years of experience in product or data analytics
• Strong experience analyzing conversion funnels and customer behavior
• Advanced SQL skills and experience in data warehouse environments
