Role overview

As a Senior Data Analyst at QuinStreet, you’ll become an expert in optimal performance and strategy for digital marketing campaigns. You’ll partner with other analysts to investigate, diagnose, and optimize campaign and product performance to increase yield and support media-partner relationships.

Responsibilities

Develop deep understanding of data sources and use them to inform business decisions
Develop deep understanding of analytical tools, including automation of business processes and decision-making
Apply diverse problem-solving strategies and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Analyze business problems and identify growth opportunities
Own analytical insights on strengths/weaknesses and propose creative approaches to analytical problems
Communicate insights effectively and deliver actionable plans for improving the business

Requirements

3+ years of experience in an analytical role
Inquisitive mindset; ability/willingness to challenge the status quo and stakeholders
Ability to digest disparate datasets and visualize key trends/takeaways
Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to synthesize and deliver data-proven results
Strong analytical/problem-solving skills including:
- abnormality detection
- predictive analysis
- market segmentation
- competitive analysis
SQL experience with enterprise datasets
Experience with R or Python
Experience with Tableau or similar Business Intelligence tools
Experience with automation in an enterprise setting
