About the role

Role Overview

Senior Data Analyst focused on Qlik Analytics and AI-driven BI. You will transform complex enterprise data into actionable insights that support operational excellence and strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain analytics dashboards and enterprise reporting using Qlik Sense and/or QlikView
Perform data modeling, data quality management, and support data governance practices
Build/extend semantic layers, metrics layers, and business data models
Support next-generation analytics initiatives including:
- AI-enabled reporting / augmented analytics
- Conversational BI and natural language querying
- Predictive analytics and exposure to AI/ML concepts
Work with enterprise-scale data integration environments and support ETL-related workflows
Use scripting/automation to improve analytics delivery (e.g., Python/PowerShell)
Collaborate with stakeholders and communicate findings effectively

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
5+ years in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or related roles
Strong hands-on experience with Qlik Sense and/or QlikView
Experience with SQL, relational databases, data modeling, and ETL processes
Strong understanding of data quality management and data governance
Familiarity with cloud data platforms (AWS preferred)
Experience with scripting/automation tools such as Python or PowerShell
Exposure to AI/ML concepts, augmented/intelligent reporting platforms
Experience building/supporting semantic/metrics layers
Familiarity with conversational BI, natural language querying, or AI copilots
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in transportation, logistics, fleet management, or supply chain
Knowledge of modern analytics architectures (e.g., lakehouse and cloud-native solutions)
Experience supporting enterprise reporting modernization initiatives

Logistics

100% Remote; must work EST hours
6–12+ month contract (potential extension up to 2 years) or contract-to-hire
