About the role
Role overview
Senior Data Analyst (Product) on the Product Analytics team within Calendly’s centralized Analytics organization. You’ll help drive decisions for the self-serve, product-led business by delivering analytics and strategic insights across the growth funnel—especially in the growth domain.
What you’ll do
- Partner with Mobile Product and Engineering to analyze app user behavior, measure feature adoption, and improve the end-to-end mobile experience across iOS and Android.
- Design, analyze, and run A/B tests to validate hypotheses and optimize acquisition, activation, and retention.
- Own the definition of success for product initiatives, ensuring features deliver meaningful, measurable user and business value.
- Ensure analytics outputs are accurate, timely, and aligned with business goals.
- Translate ambiguous, commercial growth challenges into structured analyses and actionable recommendations.
- Apply statistics and modeling to uncover product usage insights, including:
- Conversion funnel analysis
- Cohort retention
- Lifecycle segmentation
- LTV modeling
- Churn prediction
- Build and maintain dashboards that let stakeholders self-serve insights.
- Design, implement, and maintain event tracking plans for accurate measurement of user behavior and feature performance.
