Senior Data Analyst (Product Analytics - Fixed Term 10 Months)

About the role

Join Omada Health as a Senior Data Analyst on the Product Analytics team. In this role, you will work closely with product managers, engineers, clinicians, and business leaders to uncover insights, influence roadmaps, and measure impact. You will own high-visibility analytics workstreams, deliver key performance insights, lead product experimentation, and design and maintain intuitive dashboards. Your work will directly shape how Omada designs, launches, and iterates on member experiences. Profile: - Strong relational database design/development skills - At least 2+ years of deep expertise in product or mobile analytics, including user behavior analysis, ideally 7+ years of experience - Experience with A/B testing and statistical measurement - Skills: Data Analysis and Visualization, Amplitude, Tableau, SQL, ETL, Databases, Data model and Excel - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Mathematics - The ideal candidate should have the following Qualifications, Experience, and Education: - Excellent problem solving, interpersonal, and communication skills - Track record of working on multiple projects under aggressive deadlines - Expert SQL skills with strong experience in designing and developing new queries and reports - Ability to analyze various data sets, and develop succinct key metrics - Energized by solving complex data challenges and building scalable solutions that others rely on every day.​ - Excited to work closely with product managers, engineers, clinicians, and business stakeholders to tell compelling stories through data.​ - A highly motivated, self-driven professional who thrives with autonomy and ownership.​ - Knowledge of additional coding languages (Python or R) - Knowledge of population health metrics - Advanced experience in data visualization - Background in healthcare and experience with PHI
