Senior Data Analyst, People Analytics

Role Overview

As a Senior Data Analyst (People Analytics), you will deliver accurate, actionable workforce insights through reporting, dashboard maintenance, compliance reporting, and data analysis. You will partner with HR and business stakeholders to ensure strong data quality and timely access to workforce metrics.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain, audit, and enhance People Analytics dashboards and recurring reports
• Support weekly and monthly reporting cycles, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timeliness
• Prepare, validate, and support submission of people-related compliance reports
• Develop and refine SQL queries to extract, join, validate, and analyze data from HR and related sources
• Support Workday reporting (data extraction, troubleshooting, and basic report development)
• Document metric definitions, reporting methodologies, and data sources
• Identify, investigate, and escalate data quality issues
• Handle ad hoc reporting and analytics requests from business leaders
• Communicate insights clearly to non-technical audiences
• Use approved AI tools to improve reporting efficiency and workflows while maintaining data privacy/confidentiality

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in People Analytics, HR analytics, operations analytics, or finance analytics
• SQL
• Workday reporting experience
