Senior Data Analyst | PE-Backed SaaS Platform | Remote (East Coast, US) | $120-$140k

Role overview

Senior Data Analyst on the Finance team, reporting to the Manager of Data Analytics. You will own core financial data products (ARR, Bookings, and Revenue cubes) and act as the internal subject matter expert across Finance, Accounting, Sales, and Support.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain core financial data products: ARR, Bookings, and Revenue cubes
• Build dbt/SQL pipelines to automate accounting workflows and deliver scalable analytical data products
• Analyze ARR, billing, and revenue data to produce actionable insights for senior leadership
• Build and maintain dashboards, visualizations, and ad hoc reporting to communicate key business trends
• Write, test, execute, and troubleshoot queries across multiple data sources
• Serve as internal financial data subject matter expert; collaborate cross-functionally (Finance, Accounting, Sales, Support)
• Recommend improvements to data strategy and architecture at a senior level

Requirements

• 3–5 years writing production-grade SQL for complex pipelines, reporting, and analytics
• Hands-on dbt experience (or ability to adopt quickly)
• Experience supporting Finance/Accounting teams with data
• Strong understanding of SaaS financial metrics (ARR, churn, LTV, revenue modeling)
• Proficiency with Power BI, Tableau, or Looker
• Ability to translate complex analysis into insights for non-technical stakeholders

Nice to have

• Experience with Snowflake and/or Salesforce
• Exposure to Python and Databricks
• Background in fintech or SaaS
• Experience building agents to automate analytics workflows

Compensation & benefits

• $120,000–$140,000 annual salary
• Fully remote (East Coast, US preferred)
