About the role
Role Overview
As a Senior Data Analyst at Konrad, you lead analytics initiatives and partner directly with stakeholders to shape data-informed strategy. You design and deliver analytics and reporting solutions that help clients understand performance, identify opportunities, and make confident business decisions.
Responsibilities
- Partner with client and internal stakeholders to define business questions, success metrics, and measurement strategies
- Lead analytical projects end-to-end: discovery → data validation → analysis → recommendations
- Design and implement scalable dashboards and reporting frameworks for executive and operational use
- Define and maintain metric definitions, documentation, and analytics standards
- Perform deep-dive analyses to identify drivers, opportunities, and risks across product and business performance
- Design and evaluate A/B tests and experimentation strategies, including statistical interpretation
- Collaborate with data engineers on data models and reliable, high-quality reporting layers
- Mentor junior analysts and review work for quality and rigor
- Communicate insights via narratives, visualizations, and executive presentations
- Improve analytics workflows, governance, and data quality processes
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in data analytics / BI / product analytics / consulting analytics
- Strong SQL skills and experience querying cloud data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks, Redshift, BigQuery)
- Proficiency in Python, R, or similar for analysis and automation
- Advanced experience with BI/visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong understanding of data modeling/dimensional modeling and analytics architecture
- Experience defining KPIs and measurement/decision metrics
- Hands-on experimentation experience (e.g., A/B testing, statistical interpretation)
- Ability to structure ambiguous problems independently and deliver actionable insights
- Strong stakeholder management and leadership-facing communication (written and verbal)
- Ability to mentor and review analytical work
- Familiarity with data governance, privacy, and security best practices
Nice to Have
- Course experience (e.g., BrainStation) related to data/analytics best practices and processes
