Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain forecasting models for revenue, headcount, and business performance.
- Convert historical and operational data into forward-looking insights (risks, trends, growth opportunities).
- Build, maintain, and optimize dashboards using BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Looker, Tableau).
- Create standardized reporting frameworks for marketing, client performance, media spend, and core KPIs.
- Automate manual reporting via scalable data pipelines and multi-source integrations.
- Manage and enhance automated data workflows using tools such as Supermetrics, Google Sheets, and Apps Script.
- Ensure data integrity, consistency, and quality across reporting systems and databases.
- Design and maintain structured databases to support operations, finance, and performance reporting.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in data analytics / business intelligence (preferably digital, agency, or DTC).
- Strong proficiency in SQL and Python (or equivalent) for analysis, querying, and pipeline development.
- Advanced Google Sheets and Excel skills (complex formulas, automation; Apps Script preferred).
- Hands-on experience with BI tools: Power BI, Looker, Tableau (or comparable).
- Strong marketing/performance data knowledge; familiarity with paid media platforms such as Meta, Google, and TikTok.
- Experience building dashboards and automated workflows from multiple data sources.
- Systems thinking for scalable, reliable data infrastructure.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and data accuracy.
- Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment with strong ownership.
- Excellent communication skills to translate insights into business recommendations.
