Senior Data Analyst

Join Fabulous as a Senior Data Analyst and be part of a cross-functional data team. You will work on data modeling and analytics engineering projects, contribute to the code base, mentor junior members, and help improve the team's practices. The role requires excellent engineering skills, a minimum of 4 years of experience in data or analytics engineering, and a strong business acumen. Key missions: Contribuer efficacement à la base de code de l'équipe en construisant, testant, révisant et maintenant des pipelines d'analyse solides en utilisant SQL et dbt.. Travailler sur des projets de modélisation des données et d'ingénierie analytique pour améliorer, enrichir et maintenir nos modèles de données et nos pipelines d'analyse.. Assumer progressivement la responsabilité de certains aspects des responsabilités de l'équipe, en ayant un mot à dire sur l'évolution de l'architecture des projets d'analyse. Profile: - Excellent Engineering skills (testing, clean coding, peer-reviewing, CD/CI, git workflows, agile workflows, etc…) - Self-Starter with the ability to work autonomously and own ones projects fully - A minimum of 4 years of experience in Data or Analytics Engineering - Sound business acumen to mange your own projects and your business stakeholders - Excellent SQL skills (even better if this is coupled with dbt experience or a similar sql based data modelling tool) - Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English) - University Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or Applied Mathematics - Excellent hands on skills in Data Modelling - Comfortable in a remote work environment (we are a remote-first organisation) - Previous experience working with modern data stack tools and cloud based data warehouse (BQ, Snowflake, Redshift,..) - Prior experience with some of the tools we use in our Data-Stack (Amplitude, dbt, BigQuery, Metabase) - Hands-on Data Analysis skills - Good analytical and statistical intuition - Prior experience in an agile start-up environment - Prior experience managing modern dbt data pipelines
