Role Overview

Senior Data Analyst on the Pricing team supporting corporate headquarters in Columbia, MO. The role focuses on pricing optimization for rental and used fleet sales, shaping strategic decisions through modeling, analytics, and actionable insights. Fully remote.

Responsibilities

Apply operations research to identify opportunities for process improvement/optimization and revenue maximization
Use statistical techniques to analyze large datasets and extract meaningful insights
Build and implement business decision modeling based on stakeholder requirements
Define KPIs and create reports and dashboards to monitor and communicate performance
Lead data-driven approaches to solve complex business challenges and defend recommendations
Produce reports and models for senior leaders and key teams
Identify trends, correlations, and patterns; present findings to stakeholders
Coach and mentor more junior team members

Requirements

Intermediate SQL and Python/R
Experience applying statistics and communicating results to a non-technical (lay) audience
Demonstrated ability to work well with ambiguity, prioritize effectively, and deliver results
Strong problem-solving and attention to detail; able to meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with machine learning algorithms
Knowledge of equipment sales and equipment rental pricing concepts
