About the role

Role: Senior Data Analyst

You will perform quantitative analysis and predictive modeling of healthcare revenue cycle data to produce statistical findings and executive-ready insights.

Key Responsibilities

Lead complex data analyses to identify trends, risks, and opportunities that inform business and operational decisions
Design and develop advanced reports, dashboards, and analytical models for operational and financial performance measurement
Translate analytical results into clear, concise recommendations for leadership
Partner with stakeholders to define analytical requirements and deliver data-driven solutions
Identify process improvement opportunities and drive recommendations based on data insights
Build, validate, and maintain complex datasets with strong data accuracy, integrity, and consistency
Write and optimize advanced SQL queries for large-scale data extraction, manipulation, and analysis
Collaborate with IT/data teams on data acquisition, integration, and system enhancements
Support recurring reporting (e.g., contributions to QBRs) and leadership reporting
Diagnose root causes of issues and recommend scalable solutions
Ensure quality and reliability via rigorous validation and documentation
Document processes, logic, and assumptions for transparency, repeatability, and knowledge transfer
Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Provide guidance/informal mentorship to junior analysts and communicate effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Finance, Business, Computer Science, Healthcare Administration, or related field
