Join dv01, a leading technology platform in the structured finance space. As a Senior Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in our expansion into capital markets and structured finance. You will gain exposure to various facets of the ABS and RMBS spaces, enhance your technical skills, and directly communicate with clients in the finance industry. Key missions: Be a critical piece in dv01's expansion into the capital markets and structured finance space, combining your knowledge with state-of-the-art technologies.. Gain exposure to many facets of the ABS and RMBS spaces, combining information from various sources that flow into dv01's client offerings.. Work closely with engineering teams at dv01 to develop and productize solutions, both for customers and internally, enhancing your technical skills. Profile: - Able to draw insights from the data. You are able to identify key metrics and transactional details on financial statements, investor reports, and securitization trustee reports and are not afraid to get your hands dirty by diving into loan-level data - A focused, detail-oriented, multi-tasker. You love the intricate details of a thorough analysis, but also stay aware of the bigger picture while operating across multiple threads of work. You're able to communicate your findings and opinions internally, as well as with clients - Unafraid of large datasets. You are proficient with using SQL, R, or Python to analyze large data sets. You have a desire and ability to grow quickly on the technical front - Knowledgeable with financial concepts and data. You have 5+ years experience working with financial data and a deep understanding of loan-level originations and servicing data. Experience working with securitizations and/or multiple asset classes is preferred
