About the role

Role Overview

As a Senior Data Analyst at Interra Health, you collect, analyze, and visualize data to produce actionable insights that guide business decisions. You design, build, and maintain dashboards and reporting frameworks covering product performance, operational efficiency, and revenue outcomes, while partnering with teams across the organization and helping leverage AI capabilities to enhance the data platform.

Responsibilities

Data Analysis & Reporting
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data from sources including e-prescribing, RTPB, eligibility, and electronic prior authorization (ePA) platforms.
- Build and maintain dashboards/reports tracking key metrics such as customer transactional volume.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to Product, Operations, and Revenue teams to improve workflows and performance.
- Identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for optimization.
Data Visualization
- Create interactive, user-friendly dashboards for non-technical stakeholders.
- Optimize and automate reporting to ensure timely, consistent access to up-to-date information.
Collaboration with Stakeholders
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and business leaders to translate needs into data solutions.
- Work with the data engineering team on data architecture, storage, and processing considerations.
- Support strategic decision-making across product development, operational improvements, and regulatory compliance.
Ad-Hoc Analysis & Research
- Perform ad-hoc analyses for initiatives, product development, and troubleshooting.
- Research new trends/technologies in healthcare technology and e-prescribing.
Generative AI (Data Platform Enablement)
- Help the team utilize AI capabilities to advance the data platform and products (including capabilities mentioned like text-to-SQL and automated metric/data model generation).

What You’ll Bring

4+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, and data visualization.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred (Computer Science, IT, Business Administration).
Proven experience building dashboards/reports for stakeholders.
Proficiency with Power BI or Tableau (or equivalent BI tools).
Strong SQL skills (including Snowflake).
Strong organizational/project management and excellent communication skills.
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and also work independently when needed.

Nice-to-Haves

Experience applying AI/GenAI patterns to data workflows (e.g., text-to-SQL, automated metric/data model generation).
