Senior Data Analyst - Distribution Analytics (Remote)

Role Overview

The Senior Data Systems Analyst will partner with the Distribution Analytics team to ensure data applications and automated programs function correctly. The role supports data automation, data mining, and cleansing, and is central to statistical analysis and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Enhance and maintain automated programs and systems used for statistical analysis and forecasting
• Analyze historical results, perform variance analysis, identify trends, and recommend improvements
• Build and maintain data ecosystem connections between SQL databases, Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, and Dataflow pipelines
• Own end-to-end data integration across systems to ensure consistent, reliable, high-performance data flows
• Develop new Excel insights and Power BI analytics using existing/new dataflows, notebooks, and lakehouses
• Create and support standard and ad-hoc reporting tools and dashboards; drive process improvements
• Perform data mining, cleansing, and data quality support for teams including Executive, Trade, Finance, IT, Managed Markets, and Government Price Reporting
• Support reconciliation and management of commercial inventory transactions (including DOH monitoring and inventory management)
• Build and manage Power BI semantic models to ensure governed, clean datasets for self-service analytics
• Support inventory, specialty pharmacy, and sales-related data in Fabric and/or Databricks
• Develop/maintain automation tools for monitoring data quality
• Serve as point of contact to IT for the team

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline
• 5+ years of relevant data analysis and/or data engineering experience
• 3+ years managing and interpreting large datasets and explaining outcomes
• 3+ years proficient with Excel, Power BI, and other reporting/analytics platforms
• 1+ year project management experience
• Strong proficiency in SQL
