Senior Data Analyst

Role overview

As a Senior Data Analyst in Concentrix’s Analytics & Decision Support team, you will partner with executives and internal stakeholders to turn complex data ecosystems into long-term, actionable strategies. The role is focused on architecting scalable analytics for the Content Strategy Team within a fast-moving online video environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional initiatives to identify business needs and deliver sophisticated data solutions and executive-ready insights.
• Oversee critical end-to-end projects, including:
  • Executive Dashboard Suite: architect and manage automated dashboards to monitor global KPIs.
  • Data Health & Infrastructure Strategy: improve SQL querying standards, schema design, and data governance for enterprise analysis.
• Define and build tracking systems for global key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Perform deep-dive analysis of large datasets and media consumption patterns to identify macro trends and optimization opportunities.
• Provide data-driven storytelling to communicate findings and support high-stakes, multi-million-dollar decisions.
• Mentor junior team members and communicate insights to leadership.

Requirements

• Strong expertise in SQL-based analytics and the design of scalable data architectures.
• Ability to work as a strategic partner to executive stakeholders and lead through ambiguity.
• Proven capability to design KPI tracking and deliver real-time or near real-time insights.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting dashboarding and data governance efforts at enterprise scale.
• Background in online video or media analytics domains.
