Senior Data Analyst

Role Overview

ClearOne Advantage is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to bring data discipline and analytical rigor to how it measures, optimizes, and improves its debt settlement outcomes. You’ll own the measurement layer for a highly operational team, designing reporting systems and proactively surfacing issues—often shaping the analytical agenda independently.

Responsibilities

• Design and build reporting systems for multi-domain analytical questions (e.g., settlement performance, cost-to-settle, creditor benchmarks, negotiator productivity).
• Deliver recurring, high-visibility outputs such as:
  • Daily performance summaries
  • Weekly trend reports
  • Executive-facing briefings
• Convert loosely defined questions into structured analytical frameworks and align with stakeholders on what success means.
• Partner with Data Engineering to identify, escalate, and improve data quality within Snowflake.
• Adopt and evangelize AI-assisted analytical tools/workflows (e.g., LLMs, Copilot) and share best practices to improve team productivity.
• Collaborate cross-functionally as analytical questions span multiple teams and domains.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in an analytics or BI role with demonstrated progression to senior-level ownership of reporting systems and analytical agendas.
• Strong SQL skills, with Snowflake preferred, including:
  • Complex aggregations
  • Cohort analysis
  • Time-series comparisons
  • Data quality debugging
• Tableau proficiency, including building and maintaining production dashboards for operational and executive audiences.
• Ability to structure ambiguous business questions into rigorous analytical frameworks and communicate clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Comfort using AI tools (LLMs, Copilot, etc.) to accelerate analytical work and a willingness to share methods with the team.

Nice-to-Haves / Preferred

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a quantitative or business field (Analytics, Information Systems, etc.).
