Senior Data Analyst (Full Remote)

Join Axuall to deliver high-impact, customer-facing insights and analytics capabilities for healthcare technology users.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain client-oriented dashboards and reports highlighting usage trends, workforce insights, and ROI from automation.
• Own the data analyst function for Axuall’s customer-facing products, ensuring dashboards, reports, and visualizations are accurate, insightful, and directly useful to health systems.
• Work with the Sales team to produce data-driven proof-of-concept (PoC) reports for prospective customers, demonstrating value using their own data.
• Translate complex data into clear, intuitive visualizations and communicate findings to executive and operational audiences.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in a Data Analyst / BI Analyst or similar role.
• Strong hands-on skills in data wrangling and comfort working with messy, real-world datasets.
• Proficiency in SQL.
• Experience building customer-facing dashboards/reports and presenting findings.
• Ability to turn analytics into non-technical business narratives.
• Deep understanding of healthcare data, especially:
  • Claims data
  • Provider specialties
  • Referrals
  • Quality and utilization dynamics
• Familiarity with claims coding standards such as CPT, ICD, and UB-04 is a plus.

Nice to have

• Experience with healthcare data concepts like credentialing data.
• Experience supporting presales / solution engineering / PoCs.
• Proficiency with BI/visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Omni, or equivalent).
• Python or R for data analysis and automation.
