Senior Data Analyst (Automotive/ Infotainments)

Role Overview

Senior Data Analyst focused on connected-vehicle data, specifically in-car infotainment. You’ll analyze how drivers and passengers interact with entertainment, navigation, connectivity, and related user experiences to drive improvements in satisfaction, system performance, and digital engagement.

Responsibilities

• Analyze large datasets from connected vehicles, with emphasis on in-car infotainment, navigation, connectivity, and UX.
• Analytics & insight generation: Analyze infotainment user interaction data (e.g., touchscreen usage, voice command effectiveness, media consumption) to find trends and usability pain points.
• KPI development & monitoring: Define, build, and maintain KPIs and dashboards to track the health and usage of infotainment features.
• Product improvement: Partner with product managers and engineers to convert data-driven insights into actionable UX and product recommendations.
• Data collection: Collaborate with product managers and engineers to determine and optimize the data collected from infotainment systems.

Requirements

• Expert-level proficiency in SQL, Python, and R.
• Proven experience with Tableau for data visualization.
• Proven experience with analytics platforms such as Amplitude and Firebase.
