Senior Data Analyst

Role Overview

Atlys is hiring a Senior Data Analyst to own critical business data end to end and help teams make better decisions. You will build metrics, dashboards, and analyses that serve as the business’s single source of truth, and partner with stakeholders to solve high-impact problems and identify growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Ensure key metrics, reports, and dashboards are accurate, consistent, and trusted across teams.
• Build and evolve decision-making systems across business, marketing, finance, and other core functions using dashboards, reporting, and analytical frameworks.
• Turn complex datasets into actionable insights by using advanced SQL to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities.
• Define and refine the metrics that matter by partnering with teams to establish KPIs and improve measurement.
• Lead data-driven problem solving: structure ambiguous questions, diagnose root causes, and recommend actions to improve outcomes.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in data analytics, business analytics, or a similar role (ideally in a fast-moving consumer or technology business).
• Exceptionally strong SQL experience and the ability to work independently with large, complex, imperfect datasets.
• Strong experience with visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio, or Metabase.
• Strong analytical and business judgment; able to translate analysis into clear recommendations for stakeholders.
• Exposure to Python and/or strong understanding of how data flows through products and technology systems.
