About the role
Role: Senior Data Analyst (Remote-first)
You’ll help solve major product and engineering challenges by working closely with business and technology leaders and focusing on the product data team.
Responsibilities
- Trace issues back through data pipelines or code to identify why systems aren’t behaving as expected
- Write clear, concise Jira tickets describing findings, fixes, and prevention steps
- Partner with engineers and product managers to make data and code more reliable, faster, and easier to understand
- Promote a culture of technical curiosity (ask why, test assumptions with every release)
- Use AI tools to accelerate analysis and delivery
Requirements
- Strong foundation in data analysis; curiosity about how systems, code, and data work
- Strong SQL skills; familiarity with Python
- Experience investigating JSONs, logs, or API outputs to validate data flowing through the system
- Ability to read and reason about existing code to find performance or bottlenecks
- Skill at converting ambiguous problems into clear next steps and pursuing root causes
- Analytical mindset with rigor and humility; drive continuous improvement
- Data-driven approach to improving user experience and conversion rates
- Comfortable using AI tools to speed up work
Hiring Process

Compensation (as stated)
- $300/day for the paid interview
- $80/hour for the 180-day contract period
