About the role
Role: Senior Data Analyst
You’ll join Arcadia’s Customer Insights team to create high-value analytics and reporting for Arcadia customers in population health.

Responsibilities
- Conduct quality analyses for customer datasets after learning Arcadia’s data model and core use cases
- Own intake and execution of complex analytics requests
- Build analytics assets, including custom tables and stored procedures in AWS Redshift
- Support BI developers by creating robust data models
- Present findings and insights to stakeholders
- Handle ad hoc data requests
- Act as an internal/external value-based care SME on calls
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Managers, Analysts, Data Scientists, and Analytics/Customer Insights teams
- Lead validation efforts and advise customers on how ingestion/configuration choices impact analytics
- Deliver dashboards using Amazon QuickSight
- Serve as a subject matter expert over time for Arcadia analytics platform and methodologies and guide customers/health systems on best practices
- Manage multiple customer projects with on-time deliverables; identify opportunities to improve analytics processes and product usability
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience working with healthcare data, with deep expertise in claims and/or clinical data
- 2+ years of experience in value-based care
- Advanced SQL skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills (implied through presenting findings and collaborating with clients)
