Senior Customer Success Manager (Giftcards)

Role Overview

Senior Customer Success Manager (Giftcards) for a global fintech in the rewards and incentives space. Own a portfolio of high-value enterprise accounts and drive both client success and revenue growth across a global customer base.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of large enterprise accounts (client spend ranging from $10K/month to several million/month).
• Serve as the primary point of contact for inbound client enquiries, ensuring timely and high-quality responses.
• Conduct product demonstrations and lead client presentations to showcase platform value.
• Create and present tailored proposals and support the sales cycle through to close.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities via outbound prospecting and relationship building.
• Build long-term relationships with stakeholders across Fortune 500 companies, non-profits, and large enterprises.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Operations to ensure delivery and ongoing client satisfaction.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in the gift card or rewards industry.
• Proven experience in customer success/client success/account management with a strong commercial focus.
• Ability to manage large, complex enterprise accounts with significant monthly spend.
• Experience running product demos, leading presentations, and closing new business opportunities.
• Proactive, self-sufficient approach; ability to handle inbound demand and drive outbound growth.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; comfortable working with senior decision-makers.

Compensation & Work Setup

• Total compensation package: $100,000–$150,000 (at plan)
• Remote working
