About the role

Join Cockroach Labs as a Senior Customer Success Manager, where you will be a trusted advisor to enterprise customers, managing the relationship from onboarding to long-term value realization. You will partner closely with Sales, translate business goals into success criteria, and ensure customers achieve tangible value from CockroachDB. This role requires strong program management skills and a deep understanding of customer business needs.
