Senior Customer Success Engineer

Role overview

Join Quantum Metric as a Senior Customer Success Engineer (remote-first). You’ll support a portfolio of clients by owning the technical side of their implementation journey—onboarding, adoption, and growth—and partnering with clients to remove obstacles and deliver successful outcomes.

Key missions & responsibilities

• Manage client technical implementations across onboarding, adoption, and growth.
• Develop custom JavaScript functions to capture analytics data and address complex use cases.
• Configure alerts, dashboards, and reports for client needs.
• Understand client objectives and define implementation plans aligned with their digital strategy.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience developing, implementing, or managing digital solutions.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and experience developing analytics integrations.
• HTML, CSS, and JavaScript experience.
• Familiarity with page load lifecycle and performance optimization techniques.
• Hands-on experience with digital analytics tools such as:
  • Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Google Analytics, Optimizely, or Tealeaf.
• Expert knowledge of browser developer tools for testing scripts and diagnosing issues.
• Strong project/time management skills and ability to juggle multiple clients simultaneously.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presenting to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with React, Angular, Vue, or native mobile.
• Background in Professional Services, Customer Success, Sales Engineering, Solutions Consulting, or other client-facing roles.
• Experience with UX/UI best practices and web technologies tied to analytics and front-end development.

• ~10% travel.
