About the role

Role Overview

Join Replicant as a Senior Customer & Product Marketing Manager. You’ll own industry positioning, solution messaging, customer advocacy, and go-to-market storytelling by turning customer insights and use cases into compelling narratives aligned with Replicant’s product strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Develop industry messaging and solution positioning with use-case narratives aligned to Replicant’s platform and product strategy.
  • Lead cross-functional launch planning and execution, including:
    • sales enablement
    • GTM coordination
    • post-launch optimization.
  • Build and manage customer advocacy initiatives, such as:
    • customer references
    • external case studies
    • internal “pocket stories” and proof points.
  • Partner closely with Sales, Engagement Managers, Product Management, and Marketing to connect customer success to broader GTM strategy.

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in Product Marketing, Customer Marketing, or Solutions Marketing within SaaS, AI, or Contact Center technology.
  • Strong messaging and enablement content creation experience (customer stories, sales enablement materials).
  • Experience supporting customer advocacy programs, customer events, and reference management.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear customer narratives.
  • Proven cross-functional collaboration with Sales/Engagement/Marketing.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication with a strong customer-facing presence.
  • Data-driven mindset to support retention, expansion, and pipeline growth.
  • Strong organizational/project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
