About the role

Role overview

As a Senior Customer Platform Architect (Middle East) at Filigran, you will support customers with deploying and operating their on-premise infrastructure. You’ll conduct health checks, provide pre-sales advisory, and collaborate closely with Customer Success, Solution Engineering, and internal Engineering teams.

Key responsibilities

Assist customers in designing, implementing, and configuring their customer platform based on their needs.
Diagnose, resolve, and proactively anticipate technical issues related to customer infrastructure.
Perform on-demand audits to assess performance and resilience, and recommend improvements.
Provide advisory support during pre-sales and partner with Customer Success Managers and Solution Engineers.

Requirements

Experience supporting customers with on-premise infrastructure/platform deployment.
Strong ability to troubleshoot infrastructure issues and provide technical guidance.
Capability to run audits and recommend improvements focused on performance and resilience.

Nice to have

Familiarity with cybersecurity environments and customer-facing technical advisory work.
