Role Overview
Senior CRM Account Executive (Energy & Utilities, West) at ServiceNow. You will oversee the market success of ServiceNow’s CRM products in the Energy & Utilities sector, drive territory planning, and help customers realize the value of digital transformation.
Responsibilities
- Oversee market success for ServiceNow CRM products and support strategy/solution wins for specialty solution areas
- Contribute to territory strategy and planning, including vertical agreement and account use-case targeting
- Provide input during the account planning process to improve solution targeting and execution
- Coach and enable AEs, ADRs, and ACEs with foundational specialty solution knowledge to identify opportunities and manage the sales cycle
- Customize responsibilities based on territory and account team needs
- Champion diversity and belonging in day-to-day interactions
Requirements
- Expertise and demonstrated success selling to the Energy & Utilities industry
- Understanding of business sales processes
- 7+ years’ experience applying ROI/business value for specialty solution areas (CRM SaaS) to lead solution wins
- Full-cycle AE experience (from demand generation through negotiation/close)
- Ability to leverage or think critically about how AI can be integrated into work processes, decision-making, and problem-solving (e.g., AI tools, workflow automation, AI-driven insights)
- Travel required: 30–50%
Location / Eligibility
- Must be currently located in a major metro area within US-West or US-Midwest regions
Nice-to-Haves
- 10+ years experience as an AE or full-cycle specialist sales position (stated as a requirement in the posting)
- Strong specialty solution knowledge across CRM solution areas
