Senior Creative Designer

Role Overview

As a Senior Creative Designer at Twin Health, you’ll help define the emotional language of the product—creating an empathetic, engaging user experience while maintaining an elite bar for design execution.

Key Missions

• Define the Emotional Language of the product through visual, illustration, and motion design.
• Uphold top-tier design standards: ensure the app is beautiful, inclusive, and fully functional.
• Own direction from zero to one by generating and landing compelling design direction independently.
• Design subtle moments of delight, including:
  • Fluid button states
  • Haptic feedback pairings
  • Seamless transitions that make the product feel “alive.”

Collaboration

• Work closely with product designers, product managers, and engineering to integrate your designs smoothly into the product.

Profile / Requirements

• Elite portfolio (required) demonstrating top-tier work across:
  • Motion graphics
  • Illustrations
  • Micro-interactions
• Visionary, autonomous execution (Staff-level mindset): translate abstract emotional concepts into high-polish deliverables.
• Modern workflows:
  • Experience shipping lightweight, high-fidelity animations (Lottie/Rive)
  • Proficiency with 3D tools (Blender, Spline, or Cinema4D)
• Consumer app pedigree: experience with highly visual consumer tech (social, premium lifestyle apps, gaming), using art direction and motion to drive retention and emotional connection.
• Technical mastery:
  • Figma, Jitter, Adobe After Effects, Illustrator
  • Advanced prototyping tools (ProtoPie, Principle, etc.)

Location / Work Authorization

• Full remote, based in the U.S.
