Responsibilities

- Provide leadership and direction to less experienced attorneys
Requirements
- JD from an ABA-approved school
- Active California bar license
- 8+ years of solid litigation experience
- Experience with litigation support, deposition, and trial preparation
- Ability to own full case handling responsibilities (including discovery and trial)
- Experience managing litigation teams and mentoring junior attorneys
- Proficiency with time management systems
- Strong communication skills (listening, verbal, and written)
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Preferred
- Prior experience handling insurance defense matters
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $160,000–$190,000 annually
- Eligible for an annual billable-hours bonus beginning at $10,000, plus $7,500 for each additional tier
