Join Dropbox as a Senior Corporate FP&A Analyst, a high-impact role with direct exposure to senior leadership and company-wide decision-making. You will contribute to topline forecasting, support expense planning and consolidation, and synthesize trends across the company. This role offers a unique, end-to-end view of the P&L and a cross-company perspective on business operations. You will partner closely with FP&A partner teams, Data Systems, and Data Science to improve performance modeling and communication. Over time, the role will expand into deeper strategic exposure and influence on corporate planning and executive-level communication. Profile: - Comfort making judgment calls and forming perspectives in the absence of perfect or complete data - Ability to explain variances, challenge assumptions, and reconcile differences between data, models, and business performance, including forming a clear point of view when they diverge - Proven ability to operate independently on high-visibility workstreams - At least 5+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or a related field - Experience partnering with cross-functional teams to understand business performance and drivers - Ability to interpret data and translate it into clear, decision-oriented insights for stakeholders - Strong communication skills, including experience contributing to executive-level materials - Comfort working in ambiguity and bringing structure to evolving processes and datasets - Preferred Qualifications - Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, with experience working on complex, multi-driver models - Experience with SaaS business models and key metrics (e.g., NNPU, ARPU, billings, revenue, NRR) - Familiarity with revenue forecasting concepts, including cohort behavior and revenue timing - Experience working with data tools and platforms (e.g., Databricks, Tableau) - Experience with financial planning systems (e.g., Oracle PBCS, Anaplan, Pigment) - Exposure to Investor Relations, long-range planning (LRP), or corporate reporting processes - Interest in building and scaling topline forecasting systems and connecting them to expense planning
