Senior Corporate Development Manager

Role Overview

Join Vanta as a Senior Corporate Development Manager to shape the company’s long-term growth strategy through strategic partnerships and acquisitions. You’ll partner closely with Vanta’s executive team and drive cross-team alignment.

Key Missions / Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end business development processes, including due diligence, development of the strategic thesis, and execution.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to define strategy, evaluate growth opportunities, and align on key priorities.
• Create and present business case memos, financial analyses, and executive presentations.

Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant experience (Corporate Development, VC/PE, Investment Banking, etc.). Direct corporate development experience in high-growth tech / SaaS is ideal.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage M&A and strategic partnership opportunities end to end.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Strong ownership mindset and ability to collaborate effectively with senior product, engineering, and GTM leaders.
• Ability to quickly distill information, identify key challenges/blockers, and design creative solutions.
• Open to using AI to enhance work efficiency and impact, with responsible judgment.
