About the role

Join Xplor as a Senior Compensation Analyst supporting the administration and continuous improvement of global compensation programs. You will perform market and internal equity analysis, maintain compensation structures/job architecture, and support annual compensation cycles.
Responsibilities
- Administer and improve global compensation programs, including market and internal equity analyses.
- Maintain global salary structures and job architecture.
- Support annual compensation cycles.
- Use AI/automation and reporting tools to improve compensation processes, enhance data quality, and increase operational efficiency.
- Provide compensation guidance to HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition.
- Build compensation analyses and recommendations for new hires, promotions, and other pay decisions.
Requirements
- Advanced Excel skills (lookups, conditional formulas, pivot tables, analysis of large datasets).
- Strong analytical judgment to identify inconsistencies and propose practical recommendations.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., HR, Finance, Business, Economics, Analytics) or equivalent experience.
- Relevant experience in compensation, total rewards, HR analytics, or finance.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver within timelines.
- Clear written and verbal communication, including explaining analysis to HR stakeholders.
- High attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy across multiple systems and data sources.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience using reporting/automation tools for compensation process improvement (implied by AI/automation responsibilities).
