Key missions: Own cross-functional projects end to end, partnering with Sales, Product, and Compliance to drive initiatives.. Build the analysis leadership needs to decide by turning incomplete data into clear models and recommendations.. Support scaling the sales team by coordinating candidate scheduling for open sales roles and working with the licensing team. Profile: - Experience with sales technology or order-entry systems (e.g., Firelight) is a plus - Excellent Cross-Functional Communicator. Comfortable working with stakeholders at every level, from field agents to executives - Exceptional Attention to Detail. Your analyses and documents are clean enough to hand straight to leadership - Agile Self-Starter. You want to own and be accountable for projects from Day 1, and you don't wait for permission to fix something you've noticed is broken - 5+ Years of Experience. In sales operations, business operations, or an analytically intensive role at either well-established firms or high-growth tech startups. Insurance, annuities, or other regulated-financial-product experience is a plus but not required - Salesforce or other CRM admin experience is a plus - Strong Analytical and Spreadsheet Skills. Able to structure an analysis from incomplete inputs (Excel or Google Sheets) and clearly explain the conclusion and recommendation, not just the numbers - Comfortable with Ambiguity.
