About the role
Role Overview
Senior Business Intelligence Analyst for a track-and-trace software company serving regulators and the supply chain across the US. You will analyze large transactional datasets to generate insights that influence product direction, customer success programs, and executive strategy.
Responsibilities
- Analyze high-volume transactional data and derive actionable insights
- Write complex SQL queries to support analytics and reporting needs
- Build dashboards, reports, and data visualizations (e.g., Tableau, Domo, Power BI)
- Work with enterprise data warehouses such as Snowflake
- Collaborate with Product, Customer Success, Sales, and Leadership stakeholders
- Present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, and/or Data Analysis (including product analytics)
- Demonstrated expertise writing complex SQL queries
- Experience developing dashboards, reports, and visualizations
- Experience with Snowflake or similar enterprise data warehouses
- Strong communication skills and stakeholder-facing experience
- BS degree in CS, Mathematics, or another STEM discipline
Nice-to-haves

- Domain experience in supply chain, manufacturing, CPG, logistics, or other highly regulated industries
- Experience thriving in fast-moving startup environments
Location / Work Model
- Fully remote with occasional travel
- Candidate consideration: Southeast + Central US (client based in Florida)
