Senior Business Development Manager

Role overview

As a Senior Business Development Manager at Brite Payments, you will drive European expansion by selling instant A2A payment and payout solutions to mid-market and enterprise companies.

Responsibilities

• Expand Brite’s presence in Europe by selling open-banking-based payment solutions to target merchant segments.
• Consult and advise merchants on how to integrate Brite’s instant A2A payment solutions into their payment setup.
• Hunt, qualify, and close high-potential enterprise accounts to aggressively grow the pipeline.
• Pitch and sell to C-suite executives, using commercial arguments tied to ROI.
• Master Brite’s open banking technology and own the full sales cycle.
• Track market and regulatory trends relevant to open banking and payments.
• Collaborate with the wider commercial team.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Enterprise Sales in the payments space.
• Proven success selling payment solutions to enterprise clients.
• Strong network: existing list of prospects/merchants/partners/decision-makers in key verticals.
• Hunter mentality: self-sourcing enterprise leads; not dependent on marketing inbound.
• Tech-fluent: comfortable discussing APIs, integration flows, and payment tech stacks.
• Ability to handle complex negotiations, build business cases, and discuss ROI with CFOs and commercial leaders.
• Fluent English.
