About the role

Role Overview

Senior Business Analyst (Dynamics 365 Business Central) for a US-based manufacturing organization. This is a remote (US only), full-time permanent internal end-user role partnering across finance, manufacturing, operations, supply chain, and customer service.

Responsibilities

Optimize Dynamics 365 Business Central and support business process improvements
Gather requirements and translate business needs into system solutions
Support ERP implementations, upgrades, integrations, and improvement projects
Identify opportunities to improve processes, reporting, and data quality
Coordinate testing, UAT, training, and deployments
Investigate and resolve ERP and business application issues
Work with external Microsoft partners and software vendors
Create process documentation, workflows, and user guidance
Support reporting and broader business technology initiatives

Requirements

5+ years in ERP, business systems, or business analysis
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
Strong understanding of manufacturing and operational processes
Experience supporting ERP implementations/upgrades/optimization
Strong requirements gathering, problem-solving, and documentation skills
Ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Multi-site or multi-company experience is beneficial

Nice to Have

Power BI, Power Platform, and Dynamics 365 CE experience

Location & Work Authorization

Must be based in the United States and authorized to work in the US
Remote within the United States with occasional travel
