About the role

Role Overview

Join Cureety as a Senior Brand and Marketing Lead (US) to define and drive Cureety’s positioning and marketing execution in the US healthcare ecosystem. You’ll partner closely with the CMO, COO, and leadership teams and ensure alignment between US and European marketing efforts as Cureety expands in the United States.

Key Responsibilities

  • Refine and continuously evolve Cureety’s US market positioning, adapting messaging to product evolution and clinical evidence.
  • Develop brand narrative and messaging that reflect Cureety’s mission and how its solution is used in real care contexts.
  • Engage clinicians, care teams, and partners to understand constraints, workflows, and decision drivers.
  • Translate field insights into more precise positioning and communication.
  • Lead company presence at key oncology and healthcare events and support outreach to healthcare stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with leadership to ensure alignment with European marketing efforts.

What You Bring

  • 5–8 years of marketing experience, with strong exposure to healthcare.
  • A solid understanding of US healthcare dynamics and healthcare decision-making processes.
  • Ability to craft clear, structured, credible narratives with strong attention to substance.
  • Comfort operating across strategy and execution, taking ownership in a role that will evolve.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration across product teams and clinical partners.

Mindset / Success Criteria (First 12 Months)

  • Establish a clear, actionable US positioning.
  • Build a narrative grounded in real-world use and ensure it’s adopted across teams.
  • Feed field insights back into how Cureety communicates mission and value.
  • Support early US partners and development partners through targeted initiatives and tailored communication.
