Role Overview
Senior Backend Software Engineer (Voice Squad) at Diabolocom. You’ll build and improve the core backend technical services that enable secure, high-performance processing of phone calls on the Diabolocom platform.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop technical services for processing telephone calls.
- Optimize and refactor existing systems to improve feature delivery speed.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team (QA engineers, backend developers, and a team lead) to support integration and deployment of solutions.
Requirements
- Experience delivering backend services in production environments.
- Strong ability to improve existing systems through optimization and refactoring.
- Collaboration skills working with QA and cross-functional engineering teams.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in telephony/voice or contact center related systems.
- Experience supporting integration and deployment workflows within backend services.
