About the role
Role Overview
As a Senior Backend Software Engineer in the Auxiliary Squad, you will build and maintain core backend services and APIs for the Diabolocom platform. You’ll collaborate with QA engineers and backend developers within the squad, and you’ll help drive secure, high-performance access to the platform.
Responsibilities
- Conceive, design, and implement backend services and APIs for the Diabolocom platform.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to define, design, and ship new features with strong performance and responsiveness.
- Mentor and guide junior developers, contributing to team growth and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- Experience building and operating backend services and APIs.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (including QA) to deliver features.
- Demonstrated capability to mentor and support less experienced engineers.
