Senior Backend Engineer

Role Overview

As a Senior Backend Engineer at Quo, you will spend most of your time coding, architecting, and owning moderate to complex backend components. You may also lead a small team or project, provide technical guidance, run code reviews, and deliver small/medium projects end-to-end.

Potential Focus Areas

• Use AI and advanced technologies to help customers manage and derive insights from their data.
• Optimize customer onboarding.
• Enable users to independently set up, manage, and scale accounts with a seamless and compliant process.
• Improve messaging/calling features, customer data management, and visibility of conversations and contacts.
• Build scalable backend systems supporting a growing user base.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver backend features and components.
• Architect and implement moderate-to-complex backend work.
• Provide technical guidance and perform code reviews.
• Communicate effectively and collaborate on end-to-end delivery.
• Produce readable, testable, maintainable code and leave the codebase better than found.
