Requirements

• Experience writing clean, robust, maintainable, high-performance software.
• Passion for building intuitive, customer-focused products.
• Some experience with cloud-based software or systems engineering.
• Pragmatic problem-solving: break down complex challenges, build modular solutions, ship MVPs, gather feedback, and iterate.
• Strong collaboration and communication, especially in a fully remote team.
• Solid experience with at least one programming language (Grafana uses Go; familiarity with Python, Java, C++, or Rust is a plus).
• Experience delivering projects from requirements gathering to shipping in a self-driven way.
