Senior Art Director

Role Overview

SweetRush is hiring a Senior Art Director for the Client Solutions team (sales/business development). This is a remote hourly contract for 6 months (ASAP), working 35–40 hours/week.

What You’ll Do

Proposal & Sales Support Design

• Partner with the Client Solutions team to create proposal and presentation decks that are memorable and engaging
• Conceptualize and ideate visual solutions to communicate complex ideas, stories, and learning ecosystems
• Create custom UI/UX mock-ups and prototypes for eLearning, gamification, and apps across desktop, tablet, and mobile
• Source and create graphic assets (e.g., photos, infographics, icons, illustrations, videos, GIFs)
• Research client needs and define brand style guidelines, applying and iterating on client branding for pitch materials

Brand Identity & Visual Strategy

• Maintain and reinforce the SweetRush brand identity and design system across sales communication
• Create marketing-minded, sales-focused visual assets that surprise and delight prospective clients
• Optimize existing UI designs and ideate new digital solutions

Collaboration & Delivery

• Work alongside Solution Architects and Learning Architects to deliver best-in-class proposals and sales presentations

Requirements

• Strong ability to lead high-level creative concepting, prototyping, and design (not a production-only role)
• Ability to build sales-focused visual storytelling using compelling hooks and creative framing
• Comfortable working in a remote environment with reliable internet and availability during established working hours

• Must be based in Costa Rica, Mexico, or Brazil (remote/work-from-home)
