Role Overview

Join Arcade Software as a Senior Applied AI Engineer to build intelligent, multimodal AI experiences. You’ll work on advanced LLM techniques and production systems that power interactive demos and rich media workflows.

Key Missions

Prototype and develop novel AI capabilities in close collaboration with design and engineering.
Use advanced prompting, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and dynamic model routing to create intelligent experiences.
Build and maintain production AI/LLM systems, ensuring performance and reliability.

Responsibilities

Design and iterate on AI pipelines (prompting, retrieval, orchestration, routing).
Implement context orchestration and dynamic routing for model selection.
Ship improvements quickly in a small, autonomous team environment.

Requirements

5+ years experience in software engineering and/or AI.
Experience building and maintaining production systems within AI/LLM contexts.
Strong ability to build from scratch, iterate, and ship in an autonomous environment.
Ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate to deliver outcomes.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Software Engineering (or equivalent experience).
Experience optimizing application performance.
