Senior Application Developer (.NET/Angular/TypeScript)

Role Overview

Senior Application Developer for the Tech Services team at an analytics and consulting firm. You will design, build, and maintain software applications in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with a hybrid/remote-first culture.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop robust, scalable applications using .NET Core, Angular, TypeScript, and related technologies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
• Write clean, maintainable, efficient code aligned with best practices
• Troubleshoot and fix software bugs to ensure smooth performance
• Integrate third-party components to meet specifications
• Work with IT to set up and maintain MS SQL databases
• Develop technical interfaces, specifications, and architecture
• Adapt existing web applications and build client display/UI surfaces
• Create and test software prototypes
• Assist other software personnel with project-related tasks and requirements
• Coordinate with other developers on implementation and delivery

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
• 5+ years experience as an Application Developer (or similar)
• Proficiency in .NET Core, Angular, TypeScript, MS SQL, and Bootstrap
• Strong understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC)
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong knowledge of software/application design and architecture
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Ability to communicate clearly in English (verbal and written)
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
