Senior Application Developer (.NET/Angular/TypeScript)

Role Overview

Senior Application Developer (.NET/Angular/TypeScript) for the Tech Services team at an analytics and consulting firm.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop robust, scalable, and efficient applications using .NET Core, Angular, and TypeScript.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Write clean, maintainable code aligned with best practices.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and fix software issues to maintain smooth performance.
• Integrate software components and third-party programs to meet requirements.
• Work with the IT team to set up and maintain MS SQL databases.
• Develop technical interfaces, specifications, and overall architecture.
• Adapt existing web applications and build prototypes.
• Create and test client displays and user interfaces.
• Assist other software personnel with project-related work and coordinate with developers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 5+ years as an Application Developer (or similar role).
• Proficiency in .NET Core, Angular (Angular 17), TypeScript, MS SQL, and Bootstrap.
• Strong understanding of the software development life cycle.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and software/application design & architecture expertise.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Proactive, able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
