Senior Application Developer (.NET/Angular/TypeScript)

Role Overview

Senior Application Developer (.NET/Angular/TypeScript) for a tech services team at an analytics/consulting firm. This is a permanent, full-time role where you design, build, and maintain software applications that impact both customers and the business.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable, efficient applications using .NET Core, Angular, TypeScript, and related technologies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and ship new features
• Write clean, maintainable code following best practices
• Troubleshoot, identify, and fix bugs to keep applications running smoothly
• Integrate software components and third-party programs to meet specifications
• Work with the IT team to set up and maintain MS SQL databases
• Develop technical interfaces, specifications, and application architecture
• Adapt existing web applications and build client displays / user interfaces
• Create and test software prototypes
• Assist with project-related requirements and coordinate with other developers

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 5+ years experience as an Application Developer (or similar)
• Proficiency in .NET Core, Angular, TypeScript, MS SQL, and Bootstrap
• Strong knowledge of the software development life cycle (SDLC)
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Deep knowledge of software/application design and architecture
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Ability to communicate clearly in English (verbal and written)
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
