Senior Application Developer (.NET/Angular/TypeScript)

Role Overview

Senior Application Developer for the Tech Services team at an analytics and consulting firm. You will design, build, and maintain software applications that impact both business and customers in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable, efficient applications using .NET Core, Angular, TypeScript, and related technologies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
• Write clean, maintainable code and follow best software development practices
• Troubleshoot, identify, and fix bugs to ensure smooth application performance
• Integrate software components and third-party systems to meet specifications
• Set up and maintain MS SQL databases with the IT team
• Develop technical interfaces, specifications, and application architecture
• Adapt existing web applications for new app experiences
• Create and test software prototypes
• Build client displays and user interfaces
• Assist with project-related requirements and coordinate with other developers

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 5+ years of experience as an Application Developer (or similar)
• Proficiency in .NET Core, Angular, TypeScript, MS SQL, and Bootstrap
• Strong understanding of the software development life cycle
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Deep knowledge of application design and architecture
• Excellent organizational and leadership/communication skills
• Ability to communicate effectively in English (verbal and written)
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies
• Proactive approach; able to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines

Nice to Have

• Experience in an Agile environment and/or leading initiatives (implied by leadership expectations)
